For addresses in Japan we also accept COD through Sagawa (CASH only). Please note there is a 410 yen service charge.
STEP 2. ORDER CONFIRMATION
ORDER CONFIRMATION SHEET an email detailing your order will be sent to
your email address.

Customers will pay for shipping.
Wigs are shipped by EMS (Japan air parcel post) with the utmost care. This is both speedy and cheap.
STEP 3. PAY & SHIP

After your order confirmation please process payment through Paypal as
soon as possible.

After Paypal payment, wig will be shipped within three days. We will
supply you with a tracking number.
About returned goods
*** We cannot accept returns due to health reasons but for damaged
goods we will supply an exchange within 7 days of arrival of your wig.
SHIPPING GUIDE:
We can ship up to 3 wigs in one round Plumb wigbox (If you order 4 wigs we will have to send a second wigbox thus doubling your shipping total). Taking into account that shipping can get expensive, we will automatically ship multiple wig orders in the same box. NOTE: If you would like to have an original Plumb wigbox for each wig, PLEASE ORDER EACH WIG SEPARATELY IN DIFFERENT ORDERS. Any wig orders made together (up to 3) WILL be shipped in the same box.
